Trading under MJF CAD Solutions, we produce Floor Plans for offices, warehouses and residential buildings.

We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK and we offer a site visit measuring service or a sketch and fax service.

 

We can produce floor plans for Estate Agents Details, HIPS and SAP Calculations etc.

 

We can receive hand sketched floor plans by fax or email and we will convert these to a presentable floor plan on our CAD system.

Plans returned in a format to suit your requirements

 

Because all our plans are drawn in CAD we can very quickly and easily calculate Gross and Net internal areas and make any required amendments.

 

Please note that we use professional CAD software to produce all our floor plans and NOT a floor plan graphic system such as Metropix.
